Estate Planning

$1,500 for couples or $1,250 for individuals

Other Estate Planning Services (Minimum fee $450 per engagement)

• Special/Supplemental Needs Trust (3rd party) - $1,000 alone or $750 as part of a complete living trust package 
• Medi-Cal Personal Residence Trust - $1,000 (includes transfer of home to trust and EIN)
• Irrevocable Support Trust - $1,500 alone or $1,125 as part of a complete estate plan
• Amend and review an existing living trust or will - $225 per hour (min 2 hours)
• Restate an existing estate plan including a living trust - $1,200  for couples and $1,000 for individuals
• Deed Recording (Includes Document Preparation and Filing) - $100 for Orange County, $125 for the rest of California and $150 for properties in any other state
• Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust, Charitable Remainder Trust, Grantor Retained Annuity Trust and Qualified Personal Residence Trusts $1,500-$3,000 (25% off if part of an living trust package)
• Durable Power of Attorney - $200/Couple, $150 for individual
• Advanced Health Directive - $200/Couple, $150 for individual

Business Entity Formation Services

Incorporation - C or S Corporation

• Consultation with an Attorney
• Name Search and Reservation
• Prepare and File Articles of Incorporation with Secretary of State
• Obtain Federal Employee ID Number
• Prepare and File first Statement of Information with Secretary of State
• Provide IRS S Corporation election form
• Corporation Kit including corporate bylaws, corporate seal, stock certificates and ledger
• All state filing and service fees (does not include $800 FTB annual minimum tax)

$900 flat fee

• Additional fees may be required for professional corporations

Limited Liability Companies

• Name Search and Reservation
• Prepare and File articles of organization
• Obtain Federal Employee ID Number
• Prepare and File first Statement of Information with Secretary of State
• An LLC Kit which includes a company seal; printed membership certificates; LLC record book; forms for the IRS, membership interest, membership roll and a basic operating agreement
• All state filing and service fees (does not include $800 FTB annual minimum tax)

$900 flat fee

• Additional fees may be required for customized operating agreement to increase the asset protection level of the LLC: $300 for customized operating agreement when we set up your LLC, $600 if you have an existing LLC.
