In-Person Appointments Restart at OC Wills & Trust Attorneys

Irvine, CA (Law Firm Newswire) June 15, 2020 – OC Wills & Trust Attorneys, a prominent estate planning practice with several offices in Orange County, California, is, along with the other businesses and offices throughout the country, reopening its doors to in-person appointments.
Eager though we are to welcome back clients we have provided with customized service for over 25 years and to assist new clients seeking our help, safety is our top priority. We will continue to carefully follow state guidelines to protect all of those who come for in-person meetings as well as our dedicated staff. As always, we will go the extra mile to see to it that our professional goals, and those of our clients, are achieved.
Beginning now, clients will be able to schedule in-person meetings with us on a case by case basis. In an effort to provide the safest possible environment, we plan to limit both the length of time clients spend and the number of individuals who gather in our offices.
In order to limit the length of in-person meetings, we will continue to do as many tasks as possible via phone, email, fax, Zoom or Google Meet video conferencing. Moreover, for everyone’s protection, we request that anyone who comes to our offices refrains from bringing minor children to such meetings. Also, we ask that you notify us in advance if there will be more than three people attending the meeting so that we can secure a conference room to make social distancing easier to implement.
Our landlords, The Irvine Company and Premier Workspaces, are being proactive in maintaining a healthy environment. They have committed to sanitizing all common areas and frequently touched surfaces regularly. They are also requiring that everyone entering the building wears face masks. They will see to it that, if you arrive without a face covering, one will be provided for you.
At OC Wills & Trust, planning for the future is our job, so we have well-thought-out protocols in place for as long as COVID-19 presents a significant risk. Precautions we are taking include the following:

  • All of our staff members wear face coverings
  • We have placed 4-foot long clear protective shields at our desks
  • We provide hand sanitizer for everyone present
  • We sanitize seats and desks between each appointment
  • Clients are given disposable pens as needed

At OC Wills & Trust Attorneys, we look forward to seeing you in-person after this long hiatus. We plan not only to meet your needs, but to exceed your expectations.
